Utilizing RMCC’s Compliance Guides in the Fight to Stay Informed
RMCC knows that building a qualified and knowledgeable compliance team that can stay informed and communicate changes poses significant challenges. In response to these difficulties, we’ve developed a range of compliance products you can find on our Compliance Marketplace.
The Compliance Guides available for licensing include all regulations within the state from all of the relevant regulatory bodies. RMCC includes a Rules to Know tab to highlight essential and unique rules that are invaluable to our Technology Partners’ product adaptability nationwide. Our Links/Websites tab provides you with critical links for tracking ongoing regulatory changes.
In the Statute column within each tab, we provide links to the regulatory documentation and pinpoint the specific language referenced. As the state releases new bulletins, RMCC’s Chief Compliance Officer, Lindsey Kincade, adds comments in the Statute column for the impacted regulations including a link to the bulletin and a brief description.
As regulators add or amend regulatory language, we update our guides and highlight the new or revised regulations in green to indicate changes that have occurred in the last 60 days.
