2020 REFLECTING ON THE EMERALD TRIANGLE
What does the Emerald Triangle mean to RMCC?
The Emerald Triangle is an inspiration to RMCC. The cannabis produced in this area is legendary. The relationship we have built with these operators is extraordinary, having witnessed the hard-work the operators put in daily to make this unique industry as strong as it can be.
RMCC supported onboarding farms through the METRC implementation process. We visited farms on-site and provided virtual consults when needed. We guided farms through their first METRC harvests along with packaging and transferring the final product to distributors.
RMCC provides 24/7 support to farms. Our around-the-clock availability allows farms to increase efficiencies by being able to get their questions answered quickly, without having to halt operations. RMCC has produced a comprehensive list of FAQs verified with state agencies for operators to access. These guides have proven to be a great resource for farmers. In addition, RMCC has established on-going relationships throughout the supply chain, allowing us to guide farms through a wide array of compliant workflows and operations.
We had a few farms reach out with awesome testimonials:
RMCC has a well-rounded background in the industry including cultivation, distribution, retail, management, and auditing.
As a team, we have over 30+ years hands-on operational cannabis experience through the supply chain and cannabis technology solutions. RMCC supports multiple METRC operations in all applicable states which has given us the experience to pinpoint the ins and outs of METRC-compliant workflows specific to each states’ regulating bodies. RMCC is aware that some compliance contractors have been entering METRC data on the operator’s behalf, putting the licensed operators at risk for infractions or license revocation (legally, anyone entering METRC data must be a W2 employee of the licensee). RMCC’s ultimate goal is to empower operators to be fully independent. We have successfully completed our job when operators can complete their own METRC data input, operational workflows, and data verification auditing through RMCC’s best practices.
As we move into the 2020 season, we reflect on how we will continue to bring value to operators in the Emerald Triangle.
Rose, as many of you might already know, is located in Humboldt. She has been working closely with operators and becoming more immersed in the community. Rose loves to garden and grow her own food, cannabis, and flowers. She is always excited to see other thriving gardens and learn about new techniques and tips from like-minded farmers.
