With over 30 years of combined legal cannabis experience, the RMCC team has mastered compliance operations for all cannabis operation types including retailers, cultivators, manufacturers, distributors, and testing labs. We started at entry level positions (trimmers or budtenders), advanced to managing retail locations, then executive positions overseeing the METRC auditing department, logistics, distribution, and product testing.
